INTAKE PLENUM, 1996-2000, 2V, C&L
| C&L's new Trueflow intake plenum is sure to excite 1996-present 4.6L 2-valve Mustang owners. Independent testing typically shows gains of 10-15 horsepower to the rear wheels on a naturally aspirated car and 15-25 horsepower on a supercharged car. One very important factor in making these gains is the use of a 75mm throttle body. According to C&L "the size and flow entry design of the throttle body determines the maximum airflow of the plenum, and therefore the maximum performance that can be achieved." |
